Since 2010 Who Dares Pty Ltd have been collaborating with the Mardi Gras organisers on the Sydney Mardi Gras Parade, Fair Day and associated on road events for each year of the celebrations. Who Dares have provided detailed traffic and transport planning and implementation including attending all stakeholder meetings, designing the TGS and HVM diagrams, delivery and installation of traffic and HVM related equipment and infrastructure. Mardi Gras Parade requires a large traffic control team over a 48-hour period to meet all the requirements. A dedicated GCC operator working alongside TfNSW and Police in the Police Operations Centre has also been supplied for the Parade on Oxford St.
