Vivid is the world’s largest festival of light, music and ideas. The 2019 event was in its eleventh year and ran for 23 nights from May 24th to June 15th 2019. Who Dares Pty Ltd provided 7-months of pre-event planning and full event implementation being responsible for the traffic planning, drawing up HVM and VMS plans, stakeholder and resident information, the car park closures, liaising with infrastructure suppliers, designing and ordering signage, supplying the traffic teams and equipment and working in the Event and Government Command Centres. We were contracted to oversee traffic planning and implementation at VIVID Sydney in 2020 and 2021 prior to cancellation. We have just successfully completed VIVID Sydney 2022.
