What have we been up to this week? We have hit the ground running and in the run up to Australia day we have been keeping busy!

Luckily for our staff, Australia Day was one spent off and celebrating, just about keeping the BBQ afloat as the water level rose higher and higher, hopefully the weather shall improve soon.

In the run up week however, we have been working on many traffic plans for around Darling Harbor, Circular Quay, Royal Botanical Gardens, The Royal Sydney Opera House and The Rocks among many other locations around the city,Below is an example of one of many plans that were implemented on Australia day very successfully and the whole day went without a hitch, although a little wet.

We have also this week been providing traffic control for filming locations and set locations for a film project in and around Sydney. That unfortunately is all we can say for the time being but we shall reveal all when we can, however we do respect and appreciate the privacy and amount of time and effort that goes in to keeping an idea and project quiet and we would hate to be the ones that broke that. so shhhhh.

Working hard on filming locations and providing quality traffic control whilst it being a very hot day, this day it was reaching sweltering heat of 36 degrees.

So what’s coming up?

We are currently looking forward to and planning the Sydney Herald Sun Run which shall be taking place this weekend over in Manly. We shall be praying to the Sun Gods that some light rays shall be gracing us on the day and that the runners have a good race. We shall be implementing Traffic control systems that this week have been finalized with a very large team on site with managers, supervisors and traffic controllers all along the route, managing the traffic and of course encouraging the runners on the mammoth task of running 10K.
